Yes, 0xRaffle operates as a decentralized lottery platform for digital assets. All raffles are conducted transparently on-chain, and participation is voluntary. However, please check your local regulations regarding online lotteries.
We use Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) to generate random numbers on-chain. This means the winner selection is completely transparent, verifiable, and cannot be manipulated by anyone, including us.
Currently, we operate on Ethereum mainnet where ENS domains are natively supported. We're exploring Layer 2 solutions to reduce gas costs while maintaining security.
Yes, our smart contracts have been audited by reputable security firms. The code is also open-source and available for community review on GitHub.
You need a Web3 wallet (like MetaMask) with ETH for buying tickets. Connect your wallet, browse raffles, and buy tickets for domains you're interested in.
Yes! You can buy multiple tickets for any raffle to increase your chances of winning. Each ticket gives you an equal chance in the random draw.
If you win, the ENS domain is automatically transferred to your wallet address. You'll receive a notification, and you can immediately start using your new domain.
Connect your wallet, ensure you own the ENS domain, go to "Create Raffle", set your parameters (ticket price, duration, etc.), and deploy. Your domain will be held in escrow until the raffle ends.
We charge a 5% platform fee on successful raffles, deducted from the seller's earnings. There are no upfront fees to create a raffle.
Once a raffle is active and tickets have been sold, it cannot be cancelled to ensure fairness to all participants. However, if no tickets are sold by the end date, you get your domain back.
