By accessing or using the 0xRaffle platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
0xRaffle is a decentralized platform that enables ENS domain owners to create provably fair lotteries for their domains. The platform operates entirely on blockchain technology using smart contracts.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• You must comply with all local laws regarding online gambling or lotteries
• You are responsible for determining if participation is legal in your jurisdiction
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Domain owners can create raffles by locking their ENS domains in our smart contracts
• Participants can purchase tickets using ETH
• Winners are selected using Chainlink VRF for provable fairness
• All transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
IMPORTANT RISKS:
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Smart contract risks exist despite audits
• Gas fees are required for all transactions
• Market volatility may affect domain values
• No guarantee of winning any raffle
• 5% platform fee on successful raffles (deducted from seller earnings)
• No fees for creating raffles or buying tickets
• Gas fees are paid directly to the Ethereum network
• Fees may be updated with 30 days notice
• Using automated systems or bots to purchase tickets
• Creating raffles for domains you don't legally own
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with smart contracts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Creating offensive or inappropriate domain listings
0xRaffle operates as a decentralized platform. We provide the interface and smart contracts but cannot control blockchain operations, gas prices, or network congestion. Users assume all risks associated with blockchain transactions.
All raffles are governed by smart contracts. Disputes should be resolved through blockchain verification. The platform cannot reverse transactions once they are confirmed on the blockchain.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
